1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pkr500", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the pkr500 platform accessible at pkr500.net and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the pkr500 website, mobile browser interface, all casino games, the sportsbook, promotional tools, and any other services offered through the pkr500 ecosystem.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pkr500 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pkr500 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, bonus credits, and any winnings not yet withdrawn.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, free bet, cashback offer, or other incentive granted by pkr500 to a Player's Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process applied to Accounts before withdrawal processing or at pkr500's discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a Player must place before Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus value.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency used across all financial transactions on the pkr500 Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkr500 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with pkr500's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the pkr500 Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

3 Eligibility

To register and use the pkr500 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. pkr500 does not permit access by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the laws applicable in any jurisdiction.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of pkr500 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying your own legal compliance.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the pkr500 Platform or any affiliated platform operated by pkr500.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each Player may register only one Account on the pkr500 Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport number. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been conducted by you personally.

• pkr500 will never request your password via any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
• You must notify pkr500 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pkr500 reserves the right to require enhanced identity verification (KYC documents including CNIC copy, proof of address, and payment method confirmation) at any point in the Account lifecycle.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be flagged as dormant. pkr500 will attempt to contact you before applying any dormancy policy to your Account balance.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkr500 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr500 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your pkr500 Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• pkr500 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, which are not within pkr500's control.
• pkr500 reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification if the transaction is flagged by our fraud or anti-money laundering systems.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes during standard operating hours, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening.
• pkr500 may require full KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals must ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used to deposit. Where this is not technically possible, pkr500 will request verification of an alternative method in your name.
• pkr500 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the full applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Real-money funds are not locked by bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the bonus terms at the time of acceptance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr500 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL-season cricket promotions, free spins on selected slot titles, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and are read together with these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via duplicate Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the promotion's Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live table games, sports bets, and specialty titles may contribute at a lower rate — refer to the specific promotion page for details.
• pkr500 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in active use.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, converted to cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or used to meet withdrawal minimums.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the pkr500 Platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and the cricket and sports sportsbook:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the pkr500 system. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform.
• pkr500 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or obvious mistake in odds display. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• For sports and cricket betting, in the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation where no result is officially declared, pkr500's specific sport rules will govern settlement. Refer to the Cricket and Sports pages for detailed market-level rules.
• pkr500 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino and slot games, independently tested to ensure fair outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by prior results, Account history, or bet size.
• Where a technical fault occurs during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or game freeze — pkr500 will resolve the round based on the last verifiable game state recorded on our servers. Incomplete rounds will either be completed or have stakes returned at pkr500's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market and may be adjusted by pkr500 at any time.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr500 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors must be returned, and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, whether in live dealer games or multiplayer formats.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through your pkr500 Account through your payment provider without first raising the matter with pkr500 support.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkr500 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkr500 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming for all Players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard, requiring no support contact to activate:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a chosen duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkr500 Platform. Self-exclusion is enforced at account and device level and cannot be reversed for a minimum mandatory period.

pkr500 strongly encourages any Player who feels that their gambling is no longer recreational and is causing financial or emotional distress to make use of these tools immediately and to seek support from appropriate organisations. Gaming should remain entertainment — it should never be used as a strategy to recover financial losses.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr500 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr500 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr500 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from pkr500.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine forming part of the Platform.
• Use any pkr500 trademark, brand name, or logo in any context without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital interface.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr500 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or financial losses resulting from betting activity.

pkr500's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr500 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, free of technical errors, or accessible at all times.
• Any specific outcome in any game or betting market will be achieved by any Player.
• The Platform will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or network configurations.

Planned and unplanned maintenance downtime may occur. pkr500 will endeavour to communicate planned outages in advance where possible.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

pkr500 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available in full at pkr500.net/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

pkr500 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game suppliers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of the relevant service and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkr500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Players' rights or obligations — pkr500 will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the pkr500 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in this section.

In the first instance, Players should raise any dispute or complaint by contacting the pkr500 support team at [email protected]. pkr500 commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.

pkr500 operates under the terms of its applicable operator licence and adheres to the responsible gaming and player protection standards required thereunder. Where a formal dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, pkr500 will direct Players to the appropriate external dispute resolution mechanism available under its licensing framework.
